At Snow Fox Skincare, we want you to love your ritual, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing by our warehouse team.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
